They were the top 3 resolutions Americans made this year,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/chart\/29019\/most-common-new-years-resolutions-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">according to Statista.com<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To get you started on your journey, we wanted to dive into the relationship between the ADHD brain and food. Because it is incredibly complex and we know disordered eating is a comorbidity many people with ADHD deal with.
