After the last five months,&nbsp;<em>Refocused<\/em>&nbsp;host Lindsay Guentzel is there &#8212; but if she&#8217;s honest, she&#8217;s probably been living at capacity for years. And that&#8217;s an incredibly difficult place for a person with ADHD to be.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today&#8217;s episode is full of honesty, some very exciting news and some oversharing, for sure.
