Mentavi\u2019s Role: Mentavi, Inc. operates websites (www.adhdonline.com, www.mentavi.com) and provides administrative services to independent medical groups, including ADO Medical, P.C. (collectively, \u201cMedical Groups\u201d). We do not provide medical services. Medical Services: All medical care is provided by independent Medical Groups and their healthcare providers, who comply with HIPAA and maintain separate Notices of Privacy Practices governing your protected health information (PHI). This Policy Covers: Information Mentavi collects through our websites and services.<\/p>\n

Scope and Audience:<\/p>\n

This Privacy Policy applies only to Mentavi\u2019s U.S.-based websites, mobile apps, and administrative services. Mentavi\u2019s Services are intended for use by U.S. residents only. If you access our Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge and agree that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not offer the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.<\/p>\n
