Let\u2019s set aside the judgment that the title generates and in the nearly 20 years since this all took place Kim has had plenty of time to reflect back on that moment. She has recently released her first book, \u201cWalks Like a Duck: How a Mom with ADHD Led Her Neurodiverse Family to Peace of Mind\u201d and in this episode we get to talk to Kim about the book, her thoughts about her reverse-diagnosis, and what she wishes people knew or understood better about ADHD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kim R. Growing up, Kim\u2019s family was neurodivergent, and three decades of teaching have made Kim an even more passionate advocate of neurodiversity. She sees value in our differences and understands that intelligence has many faces.
