John received his ADHD diagnosis about a year ago, when he was 54, joining the many ADHDers who have discovered their condition later in life. Prompted by a friend who noticed ADHD-like traits during their conversations, John sought out a diagnosis through his primary care provider and after a series of online meetings, was given a definitive answer. He definitely had ADHD. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Looking back at his life with this new information, it all made sense.
